My Question or Issue

 I had been listening to music on my spotify account and it had logged me out in while i was using it. I went to check my email and i got a message from spotify written in spanish telling me that my email had been switched,

 

which i didnt do and i do not know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had done this already and i was only given an automated message which didnt help me at all
