Account Hacked and Email Address Changed so Can't Log In!

Hi -

 

I submitted several email support requests to no avail, but I received an email from Spotify saying that my account's email address had been changed on my Premium account so now I can't log in to change it back or even to cancel it! What do I do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
