Account Hacked

On sept 23 I received a message of a Premium account payment. It was not mine, because the username was timmyney, mine is pilarsegurao, so I figured it was a mistake. I tryed to acces my account today, and I was not able to do so. I have changed my password twice today but when I try to acces my account I´m not able to, not form my computer nor my iphone.

It says the payment method is from the Phillipines, How can I solve this??

Get in touch here and the team can lend a hand: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account/ If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you believe this is fraudulent usage of your card, I would strongly suggest you get in touch with your bank to cancel the card.
