Account Hacked

Please help me! Im a premium customer my username is cingq, the email address registered is <removed sensitive information>. I have been trying to access my account but seems someone else's profile is in my account. I see his name, but when I reset the password my email is linked to his account.I have changed the password in gmail, have reset the password in Spotify and logged out completely even tried unistalling the app but when I log in I go into his account and not mine. When I try to delete my email address from the account it says it has to go through facebook but I have no facebook account.

I can tell you all about my account, even my CC information. I have sent several emails but have not received a reply yet.

Have you tried following the steps shown in this support article?

When you sent a message to support, it can take from 24-48 hours, depending on how much traffic is there.
