Account Hacked :(

My login credentials have not been altered, nor am I unable to login to my account, however, songs by artists I've never even heard of are played on my account- mostly foreign dance music. When I open the desktop player or iphone app I am fully able to navigate songs & listen, but sometimes the song I'm playing will stop & dance music will start playing.
When I first notice the issue a few days ago there was a playlist on my account that I didn't make with music I've never heard of. Everytime I open my player the most recently played track is this dance music.
I logged out and shut down of both browser & app, changed password, but still the issue persists.
