Hi,
I sent an email to customer service but haven't heard back from them regarding my account being hacked. I can't login to my premium account and when I go to "forgot your password" it says that my email is not associated with any username. I guess whoever hacked it changed my email on the account? Any help would be great. Thanks

Please keep in mind that Spotify can take up to 48 hours to reply.
If you are still waiting for a reply, they are handling your case.
If you don't receive any email after the 48 range then feel free to email again.
Before sending another email, plese have a look at your spam folder. Sometimes Spotify emails get there.
Don't email before the range because you'll create another thread and it might take even longer for the first email.
