The other day there were multiple devices using my spotify account. I have screenshots of the devices. I emailed the support and received nothing back so I decided to change my password. I thought they were gone until I tried logging in today and noticed my subscription was cancelled. Please help.
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I just had this problem myself, whoever got a hold of my account deleted all of my saved songs 1 by 1 not by playlists so now I have 10 empty playlists on my account and all of my friends got deleted... I gotta say this is the last month im paying for this service... 4 years of music saved all gone.... switching to another music player for sure
