Account Hacked

My account was hacked early this morning.  I have have responded to both the email i got this morning saying my information was changed and sent an email anomoously but haven't heard anything yet.  I have a premium account so basically right now I'm paying for a service I cannot use.  I would think that an email to your company using the "account-details-changed@spotify.com" would have produced a little quicker response.  Anyway i am very disappointed since about the only way to contact you is to login. However, my account is hacked so I can't login... so I will call.  Oh wait... you dont have a number.  What a great service... take my money for the last couple of years no worries, need help... good luck with that.

Spotify Support can help you out. Just contact them through one of the channels:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 48 hours.

I have submitted my issue via that link already. First this this morning.  I still havent recieved a response from Spotify.

Are you sure that you've used the contact form that asks for an email address?
