My account was hacked early this morning. I have have responded to both the email i got this morning saying my information was changed and sent an email anomoously but haven't heard anything yet. I have a premium account so basically right now I'm paying for a service I cannot use. I would think that an email to your company using the "firstname.lastname@example.org" would have produced a little quicker response. Anyway i am very disappointed since about the only way to contact you is to login. However, my account is hacked so I can't login... so I will call. Oh wait... you dont have a number. What a great service... take my money for the last couple of years no worries, need help... good luck with that.
