Account Has Been Hacked on Multiple Occasions

G'day Fella's/Ladies,

As of today my Spotify account has been hacked 3 times. I am having trouble understanding as of to how it is so 'simple' to hack someones account. The last time my account got hacked the individual deleted all my playlists and started listening to his/her own music. 

I am just wondering what can be done about this as I am fed up with this reoccuring issue. If I pay for a service I expect it to have a little bit more security than what is currently being offered.

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
