Account Hijacked

Account Hijacked

Like several other people I've seen on the forum here, my account got hijacked. The contact email and password has been changed. I no longer have access to it. I've logged in with my facebook account for now. I've had no luck getting any response from your customer support ticket system for the last 3-4 weeks. I have not lost any replies to the spam box. Please make this issue a priority.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. 

When you submitted your case through the contact system, did you get an automated email reply directing you to the community or help pages?

If so, you need to reply directly to that email to push your case into the queue and an advisor will get back in touch shortly.
