Account Missing

I was suddenly logged out and couldn't log back in using Facebook. I had to make a new account using an email and password but now every song I've ever saved and all my friends are gone, as my account is somehow missing now.

I am having the same problem. I know the account is still available because one of my daughters still have it on her phone. I had it on mine but I logged out of the account and now it is not available. I had this account for years and have some so many playlist on it and now spotitfy is asking me to start a new account and get the preimum start but I already have it. Please someone from Spotfiy help!!!!! I would like to access my account again.
