Account Premium Foreign Land

Hallo, 

I moved from Czech Republic to Austria.

Now I wanna buy the Premium account, but it is not possible with my czech card, because I am in Austria right now. I was for few days home in Czech and I wanna buy it there and I did. But I am in Austria back and the days when it was free the Premium it's done but the Premium didn't start automatically.

When I was in Czech I have by the settings Czech country but when I am in Austria it's Austria country. I don't understand why. I have no Austria credit card and I don't know how I pay/have the Premium account. 

Can you please recommend me how I do proceed?

This could be happening if you have two Spotify accounts set up, one in each country.

We suggest following this troubleshooting to make sure you're logging into the right account.

Let me know if you're able to use the Premium account.
