My Question or Issue

I can’t seem to find the activation button for Hulu and I have done everything to find it. At first my email was changed at 3am while I was asleep so when I got the email I have changed my password. I updated my payment info. I have been logged out of Hulu and Showtime and can’t seem to connect it with my Spotify Student Plan. My account says I have the Family plan but I never changed it to that but luckily enough I have not been charged for the Family plan. I changed it back to student plan but isn’t fully changed till the end of the month. I know this a long post and not really organized but I just want someone to help me or tell me what’s going on with my account and why I cannot access Hulu or showtime through Spotify. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. It sounds like someone else may have gained access to your Spotify account. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.
