My Question or Issue

I tried to delete my account and received the confirmation Email that asks if I really want to close the account. It says I should "click the button" in the Mail. However, there is no such Button. I guess it got somehow filtered out by the Mail provider.

I need to delete the account though, because I will close this Email account in the near future and I cannot change the Email address (because I created the account with Facebook).

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.

I'd recommend following the steps on this page in a different browser and/or in an incognito browsing session. Both the requesting of the email and the opening of the email/link which is received.
