Account Settings Won't Update From Facebook

Hey, I've had my Spotify account for literal years and I made it with my Facebook account. This was probably in like 2012 if I had to guess. Several weeks ago I changed my Facebook email and age, but it still hasn't updated on Spotify. I tried to change it through Spotify itself, and it redirected me to Facebook settings, where it shows the new email and age. How do I get it to show up?

If you're unable to change your personal details, this is indeed because you signed up to Spotify with Facebook. You can read more on this here.
