I have a Premium account, being charged for it and all, but on the mobile app I'm not able to skip ads or songs.

I've logged out of the app, turn my phone and its still not working. The app has my account listed as "Premium" but I'm not getting the benefits.

I need this resolved like ASAP.

I have a premium account that starts with facebook (profile: Mauricio Rebollo).

I want to separate the initiocon facebook and enter with my mail account (mauricio.rebollog@gmail.com).

I have already created a session with this last mail, now I want to transfer all my songs and playlist to this account from the facebook.

I hope to reply as soon as possible.
