[Account] Someone using my account? (after changed pw and logged out devices)

I have a family mebership, but somehow on my personal account I am seeing artists and songs in my Recently Played that I did not play. Also, when I am listening to music it often pauses for no reason I can tell, almost like someone is trying to use the account somewhere else. If I hit play, it will play briefly then pause again.

 

I did search in the forum and have already logged out all devices and then changed my password but the issue is continuing.

Sorry to hear that you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Check out this Spotify Answer for the next steps to take. If none of those steps work I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. I hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply Jack! Unfortunately, as mentioned in my original post
I’ve already taken the suggested steps.
I’ll reach out to Spotify and see if I have any luck.
