Account Stolen - Account Rubato

Ciao a tutti, oggi come al solito mi sono connesso a spotify e ho notato con gran stupore che mi chiedeva di reinserire username/mail e password (sia sul cellulare che sul pc).

Dopo diversi tentativi ho dedotto che la password mi era stata cambiata e ho subito proceduto al reset.

Quando poi ho aperto di nuovo Spotify vedevo che c'era  un dispositivo che continuava a voler ascolare la musica al mio posto (si chiamava iPad di Pascal).

Sono unpo preoccupato per i miei dati sensibili come la cc e soprattutto come diavolo hanno fatto??

Hey everybody, today like usual i connected my spotify and i noticed that it was asking me for my email and my password (on my smartphone and also on my notebook).

I've tryed to access a few times but then i realised that my password has been changed by someone and i immediatly resetted my password.

When i opened again Spotify i saw that there was another device that still try to listen the music with my account (he was called iPad of Pascal).

I'm a little bit worried especially for my cc details... How they did it??

Ciao, grazie per aver scritto nella community. Purtroppo capita che alcune volte qualche hacker viola sistemi di sicurezza e riesce ad entrare. Ti consiglio di agire in due modi : 

1) Tieni sotto d'occhio, con l'aiuto della banca e delle transazioni, se ci sono spese sospette sulla tua carta di credito.

2) Cambia password sia su spotify che sulla tua mail. Visto che ci sei puoi anche aumentare la sicurezza del tuo account di posta elettronica con tante opzioni (Ad esempio gmail ha un'impostazione che ti richiede sempre lo sblocco sul telefono per accedere)

Se ti sono stato d'aiuto ti chiedo di markare questa risposta come soluzione, cosi rendi piu visibile ad altri utenti questo post 🙂

Ehy, thank's for posting in the community. Sadly it happens that sometimes some hacker found a way to violate the security system. I suggest you to act in those ways : 

1) Keep an eye, with the bank support, on your credit card, and check if there are unwanted payment.

2) Change your spotify and mail passowrd. Also you can increase your mail security with some other options. Like for example gmail allows you to always login with a code that appears on your phone.
