Account Stuck In Free Mode

A few days ago I noticed my Spotify account was in Free mode so I thought I needed to update my payment info or something. Well I log on and it does show I have not been charged yet for my current month, but it will not let me pay to bring my account back to premium. I hit "subscribe" and it does nothing. I attached a picture below of what my subscription page looks like.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are some issues with users receiving Spotify free instead of Premium. This will get fixed as soon as possible.
