Account Subscription Failed?

Account Subscription Failed?

I payed for my Spotify premium account, I go on my Spotify app, and a notification pops and tells me "Veryfying receipt failed", I was confused because I payed 12.99$ for the subscription, and it ends Feb12, so the subscription didn't expire, I was thinking by cancelling the subscription and activating it again, but I'm still doubting. Lastly, I check my account and it's still FREE?!?! Please help me because I'm unsure if they stole my money. ASAP some help me with this issue.

Hi.

Did you sign up via iTunes? If you did subscription via iTunes is no longer possible.
