Account Subscription Issue

Hi, I was charged for 10.66$ on my PayPal account on 13th of June 2016. The invoice id is P0039E396C and the transaction id is 7HB3363165461113W. The issue I am facing is that I don't even know to which of my Spotify account I am being charged to. I don't even remember the username and password of the other Spotify account. I have not used Spotify since I accidently activated the account. I just want to deactivate the account to which I was charged to and if possible I would like to get a refund on my last payment. 

PS. I checked this account and it's not the one I was charged to.
