Account Trouble - Please Help!

I made my account a long time ago with an email address I no longer use. Furthermore I don't like the username anymore, so I wanted to make a new account. Unfortunately, it was tied to my Facebook account and therefore also my main current email address, so I was unable to.

So I try disconnecting my Spotify and Facebook accounts, with the hope of making a new account under my Facebook account/current email. So I try making a new account under my current email, but I am told email_already_exists. When I try to log in again now, with either email address, I get an error code 3. When I try 'forgot your username or password,' it tells me to reset it via Facebook. Can anyone help me please?
