Account Using Facebook Gone??

Hi I've been using spotify free through my facebook account for quite a while now. I recently upgraded to premium, however I went to login today to find that I was getting the error code 3, stating that my facebook has no known spotify account linked to it.

I tried the sign up button instead and its now linked to my facebook again, but downgraded to spotify free and all my playlists etc wiped.

Please help.

After checking through my email it seems someone has hacked my account and changed the email associated with the account....
