My Question or Issue

 So I had my entire subscriptions and playlists wiped from my account. My passwords were changed and I had to re-log back into the service. When I did, everything was gone. Not one of my playlists are still there, no songs, not even my profile picture. Everything is GONE, and I'm still being charged for this service. What gives? Seriously considering filing a claim against Spotify and making sure this gets canceled at this point.
