Account banned for no Reason.

When i was lisening to music on spotify, I saw that i could verificate my age so i could do something i dont know What. When i did that the system Said that i was to Young to have a account. My account is now banned. But i am not to Young. The minimum age to have a account in spotify is 13 and i am 15. Can someone help me please??

Was the account newly created? However, there is a difference between age limits in Spotify. Were you prompted to verify you're 18+ as you might've been trying to access age restricted content (you dont have to be 18 to access Spotify itself)?

If that's the case and you cannot verify you are 18+, you won't be able to access age restricted content and your account will be disabled. That being said, you should be getting an email that allows reactivation within 90 days. I'd suggest maybe checking your spam folder for any email from Spotify.
