Hi, my phone was block cause i had a bill to pay but when i have pay my bill my spotify doesnt work. FIDO tell me than he can do something its only spotify can do something. Sorry for my english does anibody know how to refind my spotify ( i can use spotify free buy my deal with FIDO is premium abbonement)

Hey @Jay999,

Try logging into your account settings on your browser with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. It should read 'Your subscription is associated with our partner Fido'.

If that's the case, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

If your subscription appears as Free, you need to link your Fido account to your Spotify again. Go to Fido's site to get a code to activate your Spotify Premium. Then, enter the code it gives you here.
