Account bugged and many playlists are empty

So I put premium trial while I was in France(before I used to live in Greece) and it asked me to change my country and I changed it to France.

Then I canceled my premium subscription and now when I try to access many playlists of friends they are showned as empty. Can you reset the state of my account because I dont want to create a new one just to be able to access their playlists.

Disclaimer: I checked that the playlists are not empty and also the songs on the playlists are available in France also.

Are the playlists empty only on your desktop?

If yes, please be aware that this issue is already under investigation.
