Hi there, my premium plan was cancelled without warning a month or two ago and I'm just wondering why and if I could possibly get access to it again?
My mobile app was logged out all of a sudden so I tried to log back in but received an error message that there is no account linked to my email address - this was the same on desktop. This isn't possible as I've received many emails there over time from Spotify regarding my account. In the meantime I had to create a new (free) account which is linked to the same email address, so would like to see if I can merge it with my old profile.
Would appreciate any help, details requested below:
iPhone 6, iOS 11.4
MacBook Pro (retina 2015), iOS 10.10.5
