Account cannot login & forget email

Hello,

I have subscribe for premium account for a while.

But recently all of my device have been logged out with no reason.

I cannot login anymore now.

The email address of my account may be randomly input when I registered.

So I also cannot reset password.

The only two things I know are the account number and my credit card info.

I guess my account is hacked.

How could I get my control back or stop the monthly subscription?
