I have been paying for premium subscription for years and paid the other day, today Spotify has booted me out of premium. Can you please arrange to reinstate my premium account.

I recommend getting in touch with Spotify's support team, here: Select “Subscription,” and then “My Premium isn’t working.” If you’ve tried all the suggestions listed there under “Why isn’t my Premium working?,” click on “I STILL NEED HELP” to chat with Spotify's support team, who will do their best to get your Spotify Premium working again.
