This morning my account suddenly changed to free.. even I paid 4 days ago and I have the account for several years. Please help me! I want my premium account back.

Select “Subscription,” and then “My Premium isn’t working.” If you’ve tried all the suggestions listed there under “Why isn’t my Premium working?,” click on “I STILL NEED HELP” to chat with Spotify's support team, who will do their best to get your Spotify Premium working again.
