Account charged after cancellation

Account charged after cancellation

I canceled well before it was time for my card to be charged and you charged me anyway! As soon as I found out that you don't have any Beatles music, I canceled it and now I see a $9.99 charge from you on my card. 

 

I go back to check my account and now I'm Premium again? I never authorized that. 

 

That's not right.

 

ETA: What stinks is that you don't send any confirmation emails for me to show that I canceled before. Very very wrong Spotify.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get it cancelled and refunded for you. Spotify do send a confirmation email of cancellation when you cancel, so I suspect the process was not completed correctly for some reason. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
