Account charged but no premium

Account charged but no premium

I was charged for premium but my student verification didn't work and I can reverse the charge. Sent a message thru contact form but the only response was post here. Doubt users can help reverse this charge! Would love a phone number to talk to a real live person!!!

Hi @drm4. You are correct in your assumption, we won't be able to do anything here. Spotify Support does not have a phone number, so to move things forward you will want to reply back to that email you got back from support directing you here. That should open a ticket with Spotify and get you a response with 24-48 hours. If you don't hear back by then please let me know.

I responded to their email ASAP, last week and have gotten no response. What do I do? I can't talk to a person!! I just got a bot and all it told me to do was post here

Please try emailing support@spotify.com. Support's ticket system is currently experiencing difficulties so not every reply back opens the tickets. Because of this issue support times are also unfortunately a little bit longer than usual.
