How come my account being closed due to payment failure, when payment was charged days ago from my credit card ?

I've just taken a look at your account and it seems you have two accounts but neither currently has an active subscription. If you definitely subscribed recently, get in touch here including your order number of that payment and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can.
