Account compromised: email changed, Facebook unlinked, and lost access to Premium Student

Problem description

My Spotify account was originally linked to Facebook. I’m a student with an active Premium Student plan. Someone gained access to my personal email, unlinked my Facebook from Spotify, and changed the account email and password. I currently have no access to my Spotify account.

What I need

1. Help recovering access to my original account, OR

2. If that’s not possible, cancel the Premium Student plan on the compromised account so I can apply the student discount to a new account.

Relevant details

• I can’t use “Forgot password” because the account email was changed by the attacker.

• The Premium Student subscription is active on the account linked above.

• I can provide proof of payment and student verification if needed.

Steps I’ve already taken

• Secured my personal email (changed password and enabled 2FA).

• Tried regaining access via Facebook, but the attacker removed the link.

Request to Support

• Please verify account ownership and assist with account recovery.

• If recovery isn’t possible, cancel the Premium Student subscription on the compromised account to free up the student benefit so I can attach it to a new account.
