Account compromised?

Account compromised?

My playlists keep disappearing and I keep seeing playlists that I haven't added on my account.

Then today, spotify told me that it was being played on "Jan's Iphone" (I have no idea who that is).

Only point of reference is one of the playlists that suddenly appeared is https://open.spotify.com/user/janmai1/playlist/63xpul8v78hnhDMasg7ZXv

Which was created by Janmail1 (who I don't know but seems like too much of a coincidence).

 

My spotify account is tied to my Facebook account so I can't change passwords on it. I'm certain my FB account has not been compromised.

 

Please advise.

Due to the nature of this problem you can contact Spotify Support on this Contact Form Here.

 

This is a special contact form that allows you to select the email to which Spotify Support will reply too ๐Ÿ™‚


If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you ๐Ÿ™‚

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you ๐Ÿ™‚

Not sure if relevant, my account is usally used in Ireland, but I'm currently travelling.
