I have a student premium account. On Monday night, I got 2 emails, one saying that my account was deactivated for "fraudulent activity" (???) and one saying that I cancelled my premium subscription. This isn't the first time this has happened- it also happened over the summer and I was able to resolve w/ customer service. I've tried messaging customer services at least 10x a day for the past 4 days and they haven't been helpful (said they would add escalation team, and then escalation team says they can't do anything). I replied to both emails I received.
I know this problem can be fixed because it has happened before. Has this happend to anyone else and does spotify have any other ways to contact?? I just want my account back pLEASE
