Hi there, a couple of weeks ago, Spotify took €9,99 of my bankaccount because I have a Premium Account, I didn't had a lot of money so I took the money back.
When I eventually got my monthly payment, I made a transaction of €9,99 back to Spotify. I expected my account would be activated again, but I still don't have access to my account. So, I want my money back because I'm not willing to pay the monthly payment if I can't use it!
- My account is connected to Facebook (Created an account through Facebook)
- When I try to login it says my login credentials are wrong (Error 3)
- Tried to reset my password, it said my account is deactivated.

Hey @LonelyHowl,

 

Only Spotify Support is able to reactivate accounts so you would have to reach out to them:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
