Account deleted after cancelling double payment charge

Hi all! I hope you can help me with a problem. I tried to change my premium account from normal to the cheaper premium I could get via KPN (they have a deal with spotify and offer cheaper packages in the Netherlands). I have activated this on my account and cancelled my standard premium deal. However, Spotify took the money from my account which I cancelled via my bank. Now they deleted my complete account, but I still pay for premium on that account. What can I do?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
