Account deleted?

Account deleted?

So for the last 3 days i havent been able to log into spotify while online at all, otherwise it would kick me back to the log in page.  As of 30 minutes ago however, i decided to try reinstalling the app to see if it would fix it.

 

Now apparently my account doesn't exist at all and i made this new one with the same email and username just so i can make this post here. I paid for premium 10 days ago and am pretty amazed that this is happening with a service as big as Spotify

Ive tried everything in that guide and have sent an email as well as tweet at them, i just wanted to know if anyone else had any solutions or ideas about this

I haven't seen any other reports of accounts being deleted.

 

For an account to be deleted, the user has to send an email to support, and then support has to follow up and confirm the deletion with a second email. This process is in place for security reasons.
