My Question or Issue

Someone has changed my email address and password which i didn’t permit nor did it. The image , which the new email address is dodgy. Please do block and unsubscribe that account.

Please, get in touch with Customer Support. 

  • Go to the contact form. You can find it here
  • Select Logging in.
  • Choose Someone's taken over my account. 
  • Click I STILL NEED HELP.

They will then take all the necessary steps to secure your account and return access to you.

NOTE: They may need a screenshot of your Spotify receipt or bank statement for security purposes. Please have this on-hand when getting in touch (and make sure it does not show your full credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit code).
