Account details lost

Hello 

Im quite desperate and hope somebody can help me.

I have had my spotify account for many years and now i cant access my email adress anymore and neither do i remeber my password. But it is connected to my facebook. Is there any chance i can change my email adress/passwort just with my facebook account?

And no there is no option at all to get access to that email account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Hi Jennifertomas,

If your Spotify account is linked to your Facebook, then you should be able to login using your Facebook details.  You would then be able to update your details via this page.
