My Question or Issue

I've got myself in a right mix up with my long held account, which is family premium/ the password is now not working and the email the reset is sent to I think in long gone. Is there any way of verifying the bank account to get access. I do have multiple is unused accounts and its got all mixed up with facebook and a different username which is not premium. My user name I think was grantus but I'm now beginning to doubt myself! I have loads of playlist etc on there so keen to get back on track
