Account disabled!!!

I have been on Spotify Student for the past year but this past month I got charged the normal Premium price. So I called my credit card company and got the difference back from them, after renewing my spotify account as a student. Things worked normally for a few days, but now my account has been disabled with the reason given that spotify received a chargeback for my account from my credit card company and that's why they disabled it. Now I don't have spotify anymore. HELP!!!!!

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
