Hello my name is Edris Keyam and i live in the Netherlands.

account email (edriskeyam82@hotmail.com)

 

I had an premium account just for me. 
A few days ago i bought premium family under the same account and invited my family.

 

I think yesterday or the day before,spoity charged my account for premium so i paid premium family and then spotify charged my previous premium

So i blocked this and spotify blocked my account. So now nobody has spotify. 

 

I have send spotiy an email. But no respond.

Can someone help me with this?

Welcome to the community!

 

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to possibly unblocked it.

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
