Account disabled

My account was disabled on Friday and I am unable to log in and update my payment information. I had to create this account just to post. I filled out the contact form Friday early afternoon and have not heard anything.

 

Spotify Case # 00715998 

 

I have also replied back to the automated message received. 

 

Could you please help?

Not sure what to do here. I received template information regarding chargebacks being taken seriously. The email response was not helpful, just telling me to contact my bank. I spoke with my cardholder who said there were no charge attempts until 6 May 2013 which went through no problem.

 

I don't understand why Spotify would wait until end of May to alert me that Feb, Mar and Apr payments received chargebacks. No disputes were made by me and Chase states that no charge attempts were sent via Spotify for any of those months. 

 

I have replied back to the support email several times and am receiving no help or guidance. It's a shame because I really loved Spotify and recommended to several friends but will likely switch due to this terrible service.

 

Can you help me?

If you keep replying back to that email case, you'll always be dealing with our specialised guys who deal with these kinds of issues. Stick with it and they'll be able to help out as best they can.

Hey 😕 well this is kind of confusing. I've been using spotify for a long time. Not a very long time, but a period of time. But as I wanted to listen to Music today I couldn't Login to my account. I ''HAD'' Spotify Premium for a several Months. But when I try to Login on my Computer It says ''Account Disabled'' Please. Could you help me or something in that direction? I really want to Listen to Music. My account Name is CeminOG and My Email is: CeminOG@gmail.com. Thanks In Advance 🙂
