Account disables even being paid

I pay spotfy with my credit card, appears to me in my bank that has been paid and even so my account gets disable...most of the time this happened I just entered again as if was my first time in premiun, and I could go back, but this time it's not working...everything is OK with my card and spotfy just keep buffering, never stops buffering...it doens't appear any message 'wrong CVC number...' or whatever

Hey @Biapaiva,

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
