My Question or Issue

Opened my desktop app and tried to login to my account but the password didn't work. Reset password revealed that my email/username is no longer associated with a spotify account. I have confirmed that the account username (tank_dogg06) is correct through the AppData folder and past emails received from Spotify in my hotmail. Not sure how it vanished all of the sudden. The most recent email is from 12/10/18 suggesting I reset my password which is obviously impossible since the account poofed or was deactivated for some reason. Embedded playlists on other websites are still active.
