My Question or Issue

 My dad's account disappeared, since a week ago my dad contact having issues with his spotify account, somehow it logged out( maybe and update). I told him how to log in back again but it never work. Today a took sometime to visit and help and amazingly spotify is unable to confirm that there is an existing account for my dad ( username: duanisrbaez) but the funny part is that you can search for the account an appears available to check but it gets stuck loading and you cannot finally see it... The only reasonable explainantion is that when the app was updating, something went wrong.... Is there any way to get in contact directly with them?... The email used is a second email that I have and even that does not work.
