Account disappeared

My spotify account randomly disappeared. I know for a fact I am using the correct username and password to log in, but I've still got nothing. I had an old account for which I got an email to reset the password for, but it seems to think that my current account in just nonexistent. The old account only has the free plan and I haven't used it since 2012. However, I was active on my current account every single day. All of the music I have listened to/saved is also gone. Please help!!!!!
